• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store card numbers
• App submission data — app name, description, URL, and category when developers submit apps
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information for security and rate limiting

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Operate and improve the Gabos AI platform
• Process payments for app submissions and memberships
• Send transactional emails about your submissions and account
• Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
• Display install and rating statistics to developers

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not show you ads based on your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

Gabos AI uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Your data is stored securely in their infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — hosting and edge network.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., payment records for tax purposes).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data in a portable format

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, row-level security on all database tables, and rate limiting on all API endpoints. We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Gabos AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
